This Brie and Fig Flatbread offers a delightful combination of creamy brie cheese, sweet fig jam, and crunchy arugula on a crispy flatbread, making it the perfect appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece flatbread store-bought or homemade
  • 3 tablespoons fig jam
  • 4 ounces brie cheese sliced
  • 1 cup arugula fresh
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and spread brie over the surface.
  • Arrange the fig jam over the brie.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the arugula and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Slice and serve immediately.
