Instructions
Mix the crushed digestive biscuits with the melted butter and press into the base of a springform tin.
Heat the sweetened condensed milk until it thickens and turns to toffee. Spread the toffee over the biscuit base.
Arrange the sliced bananas over the toffee layer.
Spread the whipped double cream over the bananas.
Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate until ready to serve.
