A rich and delicious dessert consisting of bananas, cream, and toffee on a biscuit base.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams digestive biscuits crushed
  • 125 grams butter melted
  • 400 grams sweetened condensed milk for the toffee
  • 3 pieces bananas sliced
  • 300 ml double cream whipped
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Mix the crushed digestive biscuits with the melted butter and press into the base of a springform tin.
  • Heat the sweetened condensed milk until it thickens and turns to toffee. Spread the toffee over the biscuit base.
  • Arrange the sliced bananas over the toffee layer.
  • Spread the whipped double cream over the bananas.
  • Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate until ready to serve.
