Ingredients
  

  • 8 pieces shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices bacon cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
