Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
