Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the cold butter and rub it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Add this to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a round shape, about 1 inch thick. Cut into 8 wedges and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let scones cool slightly before serving.
