Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine diced avocado and mango.
  • Add the finely chopped red onion, fresh cilantro, and minced jalapeño.
  • Sprinkle fresh lime juice over the mixture, then season with salt and black pepper.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
