A refreshing twist on the classic mojito, this Apple & Ginger Mojito combines the crisp taste of apple with the spicy kick of ginger, creating a deliciously unique cocktail that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml white rum use your preferred brand
  • 20 ml apple juice freshly pressed if possible
  • 20 ml ginger syrup adjust to taste
  • 10 ml lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 6-8 pieces mint leaves fresh, plus extra for garnish
  • sparkling water as needed, to top
  • slices apple optional to garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves gently to release their aroma.
  • Add the white rum, apple juice, ginger syrup, and lime juice to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with extra mint leaves and apple slices, if desired, then serve.
