Ingredients
  

  • 1 large sweet potato peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, sea salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
  • Place the sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
  • Air fry the sweet potato slices for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving.
