These air fryer carrots are a quick and easy side dish, perfect for any meal. They are tender on the inside, with a deliciously crispy exterior, and seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and optional thyme until evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until carrots are tender and slightly crispy.
  • Serve warm, and adjust seasoning if necessary.
