A refreshing acai breakfast bowl made with blended acai, banana, and berries, then topped with fresh fruit, granola, and seeds. It is quick to make, naturally vibrant, and a nourishing way to start the day.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs unsweetened acai puree thawed slightly if frozen
  • 1 cup frozen banana sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 banana fresh banana sliced, for topping
  • 1 cup fresh berries for topping
  • 1/2 cup granola for topping
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds for topping
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Add the acai puree, frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  • Blend until thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides or add a splash more milk if needed.
  • Divide the acai mixture between two bowls.
  • Top with sliced banana, fresh berries, granola, chia seeds, and shredded coconut if using.
  • Serve immediately while cold and thick.
