Instructions
Add the acai puree, frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender.
Blend until thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides or add a splash more milk if needed.
Divide the acai mixture between two bowls.
Top with sliced banana, fresh berries, granola, chia seeds, and shredded coconut if using.
Serve immediately while cold and thick.
