Ingredients
- 1 pie crust pre-made
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Crumble the bacon into small pieces.
- Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Press the crust onto the bottom and sides of the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese onto the bottom of the pie crust. Top with crumbled bacon. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the bacon and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
