Garlic Knots
Delicious and garlicky knot-shaped bread rolls.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into thin strips, about 1/2 inch wide.
- Twist each strip into a knot and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the knots are baking, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Remove the knots from the oven and brush with the garlic butter mixture while still warm.
- Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
