1 bunch of asparagus
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten


1.Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2.Trim the woody ends of the asparagus and cut into 4-inch long spears.
3.In a shallow dish, combine the panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4.Dip each asparagus spear into the beaten eggs, then roll in the bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
5.Place the coated asparagus fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
